These terms govern every Competition we run on Freesbee: paid, subscription, or free by post. They're written in plain English, kept short on purpose, and updated openly.
descriptionSection 01
About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Freesbee (the “Platform”) and your entry into any prize draw we operate (each, a “Competition”). They form a legally binding agreement between you and Freesbee Ltd ( “we”, “us”, “our”), company number 17293216, registered at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.
1.1
These terms apply to every Competition we run, whether entry is paid, by subscription, or by post.
1.2
By entering a Competition you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not enter.
1.3
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on the Platform. See the “last updated” date in the rail at left. Changes apply only to Competitions opened after the effective date.
1.4
These terms are written in plain English. Where a clause uses a defined word in title case (e.g. “Competition”, “Entry”, “Prize”), it has the meaning given to it the first time it appears.
verified_userSection 02
Eligibility
Our Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. We can refuse or remove any entry that does not meet these requirements.
2.1
You must be 18 or over at the time of entry and at the time the draw closes.
2.2
You must be ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom.
2.3
Employees of Freesbee Ltd, their immediate family members (a spouse or partner, children, parents and siblings), and anyone professionally connected with the prize selection or fulfilment process are not eligible to enter.
2.4
If we discover after a draw that a winner did not meet these requirements, the Prize is forfeited and re-drawn from the remaining valid entries.

Responsible play
Entering a Competition should always be fun, never a strain. Every account comes with tools to keep spending in check, and free confidential support is available if play stops feeling like fun.
3.1
Your account has a monthly spend limit, which you can view and change at any time in your account settings. We decline any entry that would take your spending for the calendar month past the monthly limit shown in your account settings.
3.2
You can self-exclude at any time by emailing support@freesbee.co.uk with the subject line “Self-exclude”. We will close your account to new entries for at least 6 months from the date of your email, and we will confirm the exclusion to you in writing.
3.3
If you are worried about your own play, or about someone else’s, free and confidential support is available from GamCare at gamcare.org.uk or on 0808 8020 133.
account_circleSection 04
Your account
You must hold a verified Freesbee account to enter any Competition. The account anchors your identity, your contact details, and your entry history, including any postal entries you send us.
4.1
You may hold one account per person. Multiple or duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended at our discretion, and any entries on the disqualified account may be voided.
4.2
You must keep your contact details (full name, postal address, date of birth, email and phone number) accurate and up to date. We rely on these to contact a winner and to attach incoming postal entries to the right account.
4.3
Postal entries must be sent from an account holder, and the email address written on the postcard must match the account on file. Postcards from email addresses we cannot match to an account are returned unprocessed where possible, or destroyed.
4.4
You are responsible for the security of your account. We will never email or call you to ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and your account will be paused while we investigate.
confirmation_numberSection 05
Entering a draw
There are three ways to enter any Competition: by paid online entry, with credits from an Elite subscription, or by free postal entry. Every entry, regardless of method, is treated identically inside the draw.
5.1
An entry is only considered submitted once we have confirmed it. Paid entries are confirmed by on-screen receipt and a follow-up email. Postal entries are confirmed by email when we process the postcard.
5.2
Each Competition has a fixed total entry cap, shown on the prize page. Once that cap is reached the Competition closes and no further entries, paid or postal, are accepted.
5.3
Each account may enter a Competition up to a per-account cap, also shown on the prize page. Postal entries count toward this cap on a one-for-one basis with paid entries.
5.4
All entries are final. Once placed, entries cannot be cancelled or refunded by you, except in the narrow circumstances set out in clause 10 (Payments & refunds).
5.5
If a Competition receives fewer entries than expected by the published closing time, we may cancel it and refund every paid entry in full, with entries placed using subscription credits returned to your account as credits, as set out in clause 10.2. We may extend a published closing date once, by up to 14 days, and only in exceptional circumstances, for example a technical outage that prevented entries. If we extend a closing date, we will email every entrant before the original closing time. We never extend a draw simply because entries are low.
mailSection 06
Postal entry: the free route
Every paid Competition on the Platform offers a free postal entry route. This is a legal requirement and a design choice: it makes the draw a prize competition under the Gambling Act 2005 rather than a lottery, and it means anyone in the UK can enter for the price of a stamp.
6.1
How to enter by post.Send an unenclosed, plain postcard by first or second-class post to the address printed in clause 6.10 below. Each postcard counts as one entry into one Competition.
6.2
Required on the postcard.Full name; UK postal address with postcode; date of birth; the email address registered to your account; competition name exactly as shown on the prize page; the declaration “I have read and accept the Competition T&Cs” in your own hand, followed by your signature. A phone number is optional. Missing or illegible items invalidate the entry. We cannot contact you to fix them.
6.3
Account required.Postal entries are tied to a verified account, just like paid ones. Postcards from email addresses that do not match a Freesbee account on file cannot be entered into a draw.
6.4
Per-draw cap.Postal entries per draw are capped at the same per-account maximum that applies to paid entries on that draw. This keeps paid and postal entries proportional and protects the integrity of every Competition.
6.5
Posted, not delivered.Postcards must arrive at our address through the post. Hand-delivered, courier and letterbox-dropped entries cannot be entered into a draw and will be destroyed unprocessed.
6.6
No bulk envelopes.Postcards must be sent loose, not enclosed in an envelope. Entries received inside an envelope are invalid even if every other requirement is met.
6.7
Arrival deadline.Postcards must be received before the draw's closing time as published on the Platform. We recommend posting at least five working days before the deadline to allow for delivery. Date stamps are not considered. Only the date of receipt counts.
6.8
Same draw pool.Postal entries are processed daily and assigned a randomly allocated ticket number from the same range as paid entries. They are combined with paid entries before the draw is run, never drawn separately, never advantaged or disadvantaged.
6.9
Confirmation. When we process your postcard, we send a confirmation email to the address on your account. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of expected delivery, check your account inbox and your email spam folder before contacting support.
6.10
Send to.Freesbee Ltd, Compliance Department, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Entries sent to any other address, email account or social channel cannot be entered into a draw.
6.11
Postcards aren't returned. We securely destroy every postcard after the relevant draw has been verified. We do not retain a copy of your handwritten details on file.
trophySection 07
The draw & winners
Every Competition is drawn at the closing time published on the prize page. Draws are randomised using a verifiable mechanism and live-streamed to YouTube.
7.1
The draw is run from the combined pool of confirmed paid, subscription-credit and postal entries. Every ticket has an equal chance of being drawn.
7.2
We attempt to contact a winner by email within 24 hours of the draw closing, using the contact details on the account, and we keep trying, by email and by phone where a number is on file, for 14 calendar days. Only if we cannot reach the winner within those 14 calendar days is the Prize forfeited and re-drawn from the remaining valid entries. Once we have reached you, you have 14 calendar days to complete your claim.
7.3
We publish a winner’s name, photograph or likeness only with the winner’s consent. We always publish the anonymised record of the draw itself: the number of entries received, the winning entry number, and the date of the draw.
7.4
In the unlikely event of a technical fault affecting the draw mechanism, we reserve the right to re-run the selection. Any re-run uses the same combined entry pool.
redeemSection 08
Prizes
Every Prize is selected, sourced or purchased by us before the Competition opens. Delivery to a UK address is free.
8.1
We will arrange delivery of your Prize to a verified UK address within 14 working days of you confirming acceptance. Delivery outside the UK incurs a fee charged at cost.
8.2
Where we offer a cash alternative, the value will be shown on the prize page. You are never required to take the cash alternative. The full Prize will be awarded unless you elect otherwise in writing.
8.3
Prizes are non-transferable. We pay monetary prizes only into the verified personal bank account of the named winner, and never to a third party.
8.4
We are not responsible for the Prize once it has been delivered and signed for. Manufacturer warranties (where they exist) pass with the Prize.
8.5
For travel Prizes, the prize page states exactly what the Prize includes. The winner books through us within the travel window published on the prize page, which is 12 months from the draw unless the prize page states otherwise. We pay up to the stated Prize value; personal extras such as travel insurance, spending money, visas and upgrades are the winner’s responsibility. If the winner prefers, the published cash alternative can be taken instead at any point before booking. If a travel provider fails, or an event outside anyone’s reasonable control prevents the trip, we will rebook within the travel window or pay the cash alternative.
card_membershipSection 09
Elite subscriptions
An Elite subscription converts your monthly payment into Competition credits, automatically spread across the draws you opt into.
9.1
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the first of the month. Cancelling stops future charges; credits already issued for the current month remain valid until they are spent or the month ends.
9.2
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. Once spent, a credit is only returned to your account if the Competition it entered is cancelled, as set out in clause 10.2. Each credit gives you one entry into one Competition you have opted into.
9.3
We may change subscription tier pricing or perks with at least 30 days' notice. We will email you and publish the change on the Platform; continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
paymentsSection 10
Payments & refunds
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store full card details.
10.1
All entries are final. Once placed, entries cannot be cancelled or refunded by you, except where required by law, where a Competition does not draw as intended, or in cases of genuine error. A genuine error means a duplicate charge caused by a fault in our systems, or a documented, unintentional duplicate entry.
10.2
If a Competition is cancelled before it draws, every paid entry is refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the cancellation. Entries placed with subscription credits are returned to your account as credits within the same period.
10.3
Where we issue a refund under clause 10.1 or 10.2, paid orders are returned to the original payment method and orders paid in subscription credits are returned to your account as credits. Refunds are issued at the whole-order level; we do not partially refund individual entries within an order. Refunding an order never prevents the return of credits spent on it.
10.4
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and recovery of the original entry charge, your bank's chargeback fee, and our reasonable recovery costs.
shield_with_heartSection 11
Conduct & misuse
We expect every entrant to engage with the Platform fairly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and void entries where conduct breaches these terms.
11.1
Do not attempt to access another user's account, reverse-engineer the Platform, scrape data, or interfere with the running of any draw.
11.2
Do not use the Platform to post abusive, defamatory or unlawful content. Comments and reviews are moderated.
11.3
We may void any entry made in breach of these terms and retain the entry fee where the breach was knowing or reckless.
gavelSection 12
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter that cannot be excluded under English law.
12.1
Our maximum aggregate liability to a winner is the value of the Prize they won.
12.2
Our maximum aggregate liability to a non-winning entrant is the total they have paid us to enter Competitions in the previous 12 months.
12.3
We are not liable for failures of postal delivery, payment networks, internet connectivity, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
lockSection 13
Privacy & data
We collect and use only the personal data we need to run Competitions, contact winners, fulfil Prizes, and meet our regulatory obligations. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
13.1
We process your data on the legal basis of contract (running a Competition you entered) and legal obligation (winner verification and AML).
13.2
We do not sell your data. We share it with our payment processor, our delivery partner for the Prize you won, and where law requires.
13.3
You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@freesbee.co.uk.
edit_noteSection 14
Changes to these terms
We update these terms periodically, most often because our product changes, or because a regulator or court has clarified what we must do.
14.1
Changes take effect from the “effective from” date shown in the rail at left.
14.2
Material changes are communicated by email to every account holder at least 14 days before they take effect.
14.3
Changes apply only to Competitions opened after the effective date. Competitions that opened under a previous version of these terms continue to be governed by that version through to their draw.
balanceSection 15
